About Order Status

  • Order Status "Processing," Delivery Status "Preparing": This means that the items in the package have completed shipping and quality inspection, but the customer has not notified us to ship the package, and we are awaiting the customer's notification to proceed with shipping.

  • Order Status "Confirmed," Delivery Status "Shipping": This means that the customer has left a message in the order to notify us to ship the package, and the customer will receive a confirmation email from the website acknowledging that the shipping notification has been received.

  • Unpaid: The order has not been paid yet, but if you have uploaded the payment proof, please be patient while our team verifies it.

  • Shipped/Arrived: The order has completed preparation and is currently in transit, or it has arrived at the pickup point.

  • Payment Failed/Exceeded Payment Time: The order has not completed payment and deduction.

Forgot Password?

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

  • No, you can directly add products to your shopping cart. However, by registering as a member, you can enjoy member shopping discounts and track your order status in real-time. If you are not a member yet, you can register for free first.

Why is there an out-of-stock situation?

  • The stock levels of all products vary. The product you wish to purchase may not be restocked in time, resulting in an out-of-stock situation. We will receive replenishments from suppliers shortly, so please be patient for the next restock. In special circumstances that may cause delays in replenishment, we may not be able to provide an accurate restock date. We will follow up and make appropriate arrangements as soon as possible.
